The SWIMTRAINER "Classic" empowers your child to feel safe and secure while he or she has fun in the water - and learns how to swim naturally. It encourages the “frog reflex” in babies to initiate their first independent movements in the water while they lay safely in the SWIMTRAINER Classic – babies can move on their own in the water long before they can crawl or walk. This flotation device supports the chest and keeps the tummy in a semi-lying position. The baby floats independently and your baby will not slip through the device due to its specially designed safety harness.

Designed by FREDS in Germany Freds Swimtrainers are an ideal way for your baby's first swim in the water. The Swim Academy rubber rings are ideal to use during your baby's swimming lessons! It gives your baby good reflexes for moving in the water safely. The top supports the chest and keeps baby's tummy in a semi-lying down position. With the safety harness in place, your baby will not slide off.
The red SWIMTRAINER "Classic" is used for early habituation with the water and for learning the correct leg movements.
The best time to start with the Red SWIMTRAINER "Classic" is during the child’s first year before taking their first steps. Until then, children still have the innate “frog reflex” that they were born with. The frog-like leg movements of a child (frog reflex – bending and stretching the legs rhythmically) enables them to dynamically push themselves forward in the water without the assistance of an adult, when using an appropriate floatation device like the SWIMTRAINER "Classic".
